What documentation do you need to sell your Spanish Property ?

To be able to put your property out on the market you are obligated to have some documentation in place such as energi certificate, habitation certificate and this to has to be done by an architect. We can help you to contact one and then also in the same time do a property inspection which means that the architect will go trough the property to see if there are any extended building work that maybe has to be legalized before the selling process take place.
