Rental rules

Pool area
It is the tenant's responsibility to respect the rules for the pool facility that are posted within each residential area.
The pools are usually closed during the low season (late October - May).

Pets
It is not permitted to bring pets to the apartment.

Damage
It is the tenant's responsibility to take care of the apartment and its furnishings. The tenant is responsible for all damage caused to the apartment, such as damage to furniture or furnishings, broken china, etc. Smoking is not permitted in our rental properties.

Other
It is not allowed to take the apartment's towels to the beach.
The same rules apply as in all other places in the world regarding respect for neighbors not to be disturbed at night. If a complaint about the tenant has been made by the landlord's representative in Spain and correction is not made, the landlord's representative has the right to immediately evict the tenant. No claims for reimbursement of the rental cost paid can be made against either SpanienVilla.se or the landlord.
SpanienVilla.se or the landlord cannot be held responsible for shops, restaurants, pool facilities, etc. being closed during the low season. Nor for any burglaries, power outages, TV, internet not working, noise, insects and the like.
We cannot help you with TV and internet that are not working. Service personnel are required to come out and check, which can take up to a week during peak season.

We also cannot guarantee that the holiday homes are suitable for allergy sufferers or other particularly hypersensitive people.
Complaints Complaints about the accommodation must be made immediately to the landlord's representative on site.
Complaints made afterwards without contacting the local representative during the stay cannot be taken into account.
