Payment
You pay a booking fee 3 days after receiving booking confirmation, which is 500 SEK / rental property.
Then you pay the remaining amount 1 month before arrival and you will receive an email invoice.
If the booking is made later than one month before arrival, the full amount will be paid upon request.
The deposit is paid in cash on site upon arrival 100 €
The deposit is refunded upon satisfactory inspection upon departure.
Arrival at the earliest at 3:00 PM Departure at the latest at 11:00 AM unless otherwise agreed!
Supplement If arrival or departure takes place between midnight and 6 am, a supplement of 15 euros / for check-in and 15 euros for check-out will be charged.
Keys
You should call our landlord upon arrival in Alicante.
You will agree with the landlord on a time for handing over the keys to the rental property and also returning them before departure.
Departure cleaning
Garbage and waste must be emptied by the tenant, all dishes must be washed.
The grill must be emptied and the grill grate cleaned by the tenant.
Ask the landlord where the garbage should be left.
After the rental period ends, the apartment is cleaned by the landlord, who also washes a set of bed linen, 1 towel, 1 shower towel per tenant. If more have been used, the tenant must wash it before departure. If not we will charge you extra!
Service
Order a food package with: Juice, beer, bread, butter, yogurt, ham, cheese, water and eggs.
Price: 45 Euros in 2026!
Taxi
If you use our airport pick-up service, which means we book a pre-booked taxi to pick you up at Alicante airport. The driver will have a sign with your name on it and will drive you to the rental property in Torrevieja.
Keep in mind that the price only applies if you have booked a Taxi via SpanienVilla Fastighetsförmedling! We can also book your return trip. Note that we have access to combi cars for max. 4 people but also minibuses for max. 8 people but we can arrange more cars as needed.

Cancellation
We will refund all our customers who have paid the rental amount to us and want to cancel if the Ministry of Foreign Affairs advises against travel to Spain during the stay you have booked.
If the object is cancelled later than 90 days before arrival, 50% of the rental amount must be paid by the customer.
In the event of cancellation, the booking fee of 500 SEK will not be refunded.
Cancellation must be made in writing. If we do not receive a cancellation and you do not show up, the entire rental amount will be charged to you as a customer.
